Ukraine is trying to save and increase volumes of gas transportation. The main goal now is to persuade Russia and the EU that cooperation with Ukraine is really beneficial.

“Additional funds from increase of gas prices will bring miserable effect, if any at all. Because there is no mechanism how to make application of funds more effective, including a partial increase of these funds. It will take time, till they will increase, and non-payment problem will remain ".
